Ref:War hero loses benefits after selling poppies

Since i am unable to find the information in the public domain, please can you supply this information for me.

Preamble.

S. T, a 60-year-old war veteran, has had his Jobseeker's Allowance stopped, after telling Jobcentre Staff that he had been selling poppies to raise money for the Royal British Legion charity.

"We make it clear to people at the start of their claim what the rules are and that they risk losing their benefits if they don't play by them."

A) Please print the rules for me.

As a full time worker myself who works the standard number of hours, can you inform me what the rules are for the following items for a claimant

B) Is a claimant expected to look for a job 9-5

C) Do they have weekends off

D) Do they have evenings off

E) Do they have a dinnertime break during the day

F) what times are classed as their own.

As a full time worker if i wanted to volunteer my time, i do it in my own time, but i can volunteer

G) if a claimant is expected to act as if looking for a job is his job for that period of time, then volunteering is accepted, would you agree after reading my comments

H) Are you going to revise your rules, so that claimant in line with workers have designated meals breaks, during the time

I) what is the jobseekers allowance now
