Dear Tendring District Council,

Does TDC, in its archives, have a copy a book/folder titled 'War Emergency Guide Book'? This dates, I believe, from "The Cold War" period.

The one I have seeen has a red cover and, this particular one, had 'Wiltshire County Council' on the front as well as 'War Emergency Guide Book'.

Yours faithfully,

Brian Green
