In respect of the recent WannaCry ransom ware attack on NHS Organisations
can you confirm if your organisation was affected.

If so can you please provide the overall costs of recovery and remediation
from the attack.

If possible could you break these down into the following subheadings ICT

of cancelled clinics Percentage of staff affected by the attack Were there
any severe adverse effects to patients
