1. A breakdown of the property sizes by number of bedrooms (1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed etc.)

2. What is the mean average weekly rent for properties of each
number of bedrooms (1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed etc.)? Please give 2023/2024 figures

3. What is the mean average service charge for properties of each
number of bedrooms (1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed etc.)? Please give 2023/2024 figures

4. Please provide floor plans, and most recent interior design plans for each bedroom size.

5. How many of the properties have been offered and accepted?

6. Out of the offers that have been accepted, please provide each bedroom size

7. Please provide information in PDF format

The service Charge for 131 units is £16.25.

The floor plans are attached, we do not have interior design plans.
