Dear InformationRights,

I do not require a complaints form just an answer to if you have bankrupted anyone for non-payment of council tax prior to the 5 year period you have previously stated.

Yours sincerely,

Ed Boyce

Good Afternoon Mr Boyce,

I am extremely sorry for the lengthy delay in responding to this request for information.
However I have discussed this again with the relevant service areas and they have confirmed that we had not bankrupted anyone for non-payment of council tax prior to the 5 year period you have previously stated.

I trust that this answers your question, however if you do have any further questions or FOI requests then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Kind Regards,
