Waiting times for permission applications for judicial review in the Administrative Court (Queen's Bench) at the High Court of Justice

Please kindly supply the following information, in accordance with points 1-3 below, for each month from 01 December 2015 through to the most recent month for which you can release those statistics held by HMCTS; under authority of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ('FoI Act').

1. The average number of calendar days from lodgement of judicial review claims in criminal and civil matters in the Administrative Court (Queen's Bench) at the High Court of Justice to a paper permission decision.

2. The average number of calendar days from lodgement of immigration judicial review claims in criminal and civil matters in the Administrative Court (Queen's Bench) at the High Court of Justice to a substantive hearing.

3. The average number of calendar days from lodgement of judicial review claims in criminal and civil matters in the Administrative Court (Queen's Bench) at the High Court of Justice to a substantive decision.

A timely response in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ('FoI Act') will be greatly appreciated.
