Waiting for documents 12 weeks after appeal allowed

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Home Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Home Office,

My appeal on EU dependent family member was allowed on 5th of september 2017 and I have been told that I will recieve my documents and brp very soon. Me and my wife planned holidays accordingly as its been long time we couldnt go out of the country. Its been more than 12 weeks and we are still waiting for the documents. Can you please help in this matter. We will be very thankful to you.
