Hello Jonathan
Further to your request, I am writing to let you know that Devon Partnership NHS Trust requires further information. Section 1. (3) (a) of the Freedom Of Information Act provides that
“Where a public authority -
(a) reasonably requires further information in order to identify and locate the information requested, and
(b) has informed the applicant of that requirement,
The Trust is not obliged to comply with subsection (1) unless it is supplied with that further information.”
It isn't clear with regards the information you are seeking The annual numbers are covered in the also requested monthly data.
This list is what we think is being asked for (we won’t work on the Annual data section as it’ll be covered in the monthly breakdown)
Annual data (also asked for later on in monthly??)
- Referral numbers
- First appts offered
- Average wait for first appt (weeks)
- Max wait for first appt (weeks)
Monthly data

- Number offered second appt
- Of those offered second appt – month / year referred
- Average time between referral to second appt (weeks)

Could you please confirm or clarify
