Wait times for gender identity services

Dear Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),

As a Freedom of Information request, please provide the following regarding wait times for gender identity services provided by your trust (which may be known as your Gender Identity Clinic / Gender Identity Service / Gender Service / Gender Dysphoria Service, or similar.)

1) Annual data
For each year from 2014 onwards (or, if 2014 is not available, from the most recent year available), please provide:
-The number of people who received a referral for a first appointment
-The number of people who were offered a first appointment
-The average (mean) wait in weeks for a first appointment
-The longest wait in weeks a patient waited for a first appointment.
-The number of people who received a second appointment
-The average (mean) wait in weeks for a second appointment
-The longest wait in weeks a patient waited for a second appointment

Additionally, for each month for which there is data available between Jan 2014 and the most current date available at the point of production, please provide:

2) First appointments
-The number of people waiting for a first appointment
-The number of people offered a first appointment
-Of the people who are being offered a first appointment, the month and year in which they were referred.
-If available, the average (mean) time in weeks from referral to first appointment.
-If available, the longest wait time for a first appointment

3) Second appointments
-The number of people who have received a first appointment and are waiting for a second one
-The number of people offered a second appointment
-If available, of the patients who are being offered a second appointment, the month in which they were initially referred.
-If available, the average (mean) time in weeks from referral to second appointment.

4) Overview
-The number of new referrals received
-The number of people currently waiting for some type of treatment or appointment
-The number of people who complete treatment

Please provide such data electronically, ideally as a spreadsheet.
