Dear Moira Moran,

Thank you for your email which contained Stage 1 and 2 of a Road Safety Audit and an exceptions report. I am writing to request two clarifications.

Firstly, page 5 of the Stage 1 RSA appears to finish mid-sentence at "furthermore the Zebra Crossings" which does make sense. Please could you check whether this is complete in the copy that you have and resend if necessary?

Secondly, these appear to be Road Safety Audit reports, so does this mean that no distinct Vulnerable Road User Audits have been undertaken yet?

Yours sincerely,

MJ Ray

Dear Mr Ray

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your e-mail.

With regards to your first point, the Stage 1 RSA does seem to be
incomplete.  We have therefore raised this with our Consultants who are
currently looking into this matter.

With regards to your second point, a Vulnerable Road User Audit has taken
place and been continuously updated throughout the design process. The
formal report is still in the process of being typed up.  As soon as the
document is available I will send you a copy.

I am hoping to have both reports available to send to you in the next
couple of weeks.

Thank you for your patience.
