In addition, please provide any and all documents relating to the procedures for dealing with vulnerable residents who reside in properties owned or managed by Lambeth, including any documents describing the procedures in place for handling different types of housing issues that may affect vulnerable residents, e.g. floods, boiler breakdown, gas leaks, loss of power etc.
Finally, please also provide any documentation, policies, procedures, training documents, training plans and workbooks made available to your out of hours housing teams, alongside details and copies of any training required to fulfil the role.

Further to your email of 18th October 2023, I am still awaiting a response to my FOI request (Ref# IRN21310537). Your acknowledgement email correctly stated that a response was due by 14th November 2023, being the 20th working day after the request was made.
