Vulnerable life events
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
"DWP’s focus is on life events and/or personal circumstances in order to
provide appropriate support to a customer. The presence of one or more such
life events does not necessarily suggest that the customer is in a state of
vulnerability."
I would like to know details of how your staff would be alerted to 'life events' that may require specific responses for events like Benefit Sanctions,Suspensions or Dissallowance compared to others not having life events that indicate any vulnerability.
Yours faithfully,
Carole Muller
