Dear Stockport NHS Foundation Trust,

I would like to request the following under the Freedom of Information Act.

1. An explanation of the nature of the trust's (or some trust staff's) involvement in the Vulnerability Support Hubs project, a joint NHS mental health and Counter-Terrorism Police Scheme
2. An explanation of the assessment method used by NHS mental health professionals in the hub to distinguish mental health conditions from terrorism risk
3. A break down of Hub funding including amounts and funders by year
4. A copy of the ethical guidelines for the project
