Dear Luton Borough Council,
Can you please tell me how prosecutions have taken place in the last 10 years of persons resident in the borough who have refused to register to vote.
Also, under what legislation have any of these prosecutions (if any) taken place.
How many of these prosecutions resulted in a 'guilty' verdict?
