Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please disclose your Work Coach and Jobcentre guidance on claiming benefits like JSA, PIP, ESA and UC and voluntary work. Please also provide details of the information claimants can be required to provide the DWP when they are or plan to undertake voluntary work and the processes the DWP can and do use to verify/confirm the information provided by the claimant.
As well as guidance used to inform how a claimant commitment records voluntary work and the effects voluntary work has on claimant benefit related requirements.
