Dear Scotia Gas Networks Limited,

I am writing to make a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).

Please provide the following environmental information regarding gas leaks and associated emissions in Westminster (SW1) postcodes of your network for the period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2018 inclusive:

- Data on the number of reported leaks in the SW1 region during this period
- Any available estimates of average gas leakage per reported incident
- Environmental impact assessments related to these leaks, if conducted
- Records of gas leak repairs carried out in the SW1 region during this period
- Response time data per incident
- Pipe asset age/type for each leak location

Please provide the data in a machine readable format such as json, csv, xls.
