2.C How many people that declared themselves homeless to your council in the last year, were not deemed a priority need and therefore were not accepted onto your council housing waiting list?
We do not exclude applicants from the housing waiting list who were not deemed to be in Priority Need. Applicants deemed to be Non-Priority are placed in Band 2, high need for re-housing. We do exclude applicants for other reasons as detailed in the Council Lettings Scheme.
