1. How many void, vacant and unoccupied individual properties are there in Roach Court, Mossbrook Court and Vauxhall Court, Collyhurst.
2. How long has each individual Flat been unoccupied for.
3. How many of these vacant properties have Tenants living in the blocks been given access to.
4. How much Rent are these Tenants paying to use the vacant flats.
5. How many of the vacant properties are being used as Caretakers Offices.

Further to your Freedom of Information Request please find below the answer to your questions

1 How many void, vacant and unoccupied individual properties are there in Roach Court, Mossbrook Court and Vauxhall Court, Collyhurst.
There is currently (as at 2/8/16) 1 vacant flat
2. How long has each individual Flat been unoccupied for.
Since 24/7/16
3. How many of these vacant properties have Tenants living in the blocks been given access to.
Tenants haven't been given access to this flat. However there are 4 ''off-debit'' properties being used as storage space - for instance for gardening equipment. These were formerly bedsit properties but were taken out of use a number of years ago when the blocks were managed by the Council. These properties have had services removed and are no longer classified as being for residential use.
4. How much Rent are these Tenants paying to use the vacant flats.
None
5. How many of the vacant properties are being used as Caretakers Offices.
There are 3 ''off-debit'' properties (see above for what that means) being used as caretakers' offices.
