Voice of the customer

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Post Office Limited should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Christine Stevens

Dear Post Office Limited, I would like to know who came up with the idea of 'voice of the customer' otherwise known as the WOW surveys. I don't mean which team group but who actually brought the idea to the board.

Yours faithfully,

Christine Stevens

Dear information.rights, if the Post Office doesn't know where one of their core ideas came from, which is a key element in allocating bonus payments for their staff, then who else would know? Voice of the customer surveys just created from nowhere?

Yours sincerely,

Christine Stevens
