I am writing in response to your email received by Post Office Limited (“Post Office”) 
on 11 February, which I am dealing with under the terms of the Freedom of 
Information Act 2000 (“FOIA”).  
 
In your email you have requested the following information: 
 
 
Please can you supply the average VOC score for branches in WHS locations. 
 
What is the highest score and what is the lowest score please? 
 
 
I can confirm that Post Office does hold the information you have requested. 
 
The ease score for WHSmith branches from March-Sept. 2020 are below:

In terms of the highest and lowest scoring branches, please be aware that some 
branches might receive one response (or none), and nearly every month a few 
branches score 0% but have very few responses driving this. 
If we look at branches with some feedback every month, then the top scoring branch 
over the time period (March – September) had a score of 100% and 27 responses. 
On the same basis, the lowest scoring branch had 53.3% and 15 responses. 
*Please note that the achievements reached by WH Smith during the period above 
have been an improvement on the scores reached by WH Smith the previous year.
