Dear King’s College London,

I was wondering if any staff member or student that visited the US or Canada and the College funded the trip between 1 January 2012 to 13 February 2014 inclusive. Also could you include the full postal address of each hotel used and the name of airline and class of flight. Also in the period mentioned did the college receive any request from any person requested an upgrade of hotel accommodation and or class flight; if so the reason why the request was submitted; the number of these requests that were approved or refused; the total cost of each trip; the job title of the staff member that gives the approval if a request for an upgrade.
