Dear UK Research and Innovation,

I would like to submit a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I would like to know the following information about a contracting company called Visionist.
How much did UKRI and its constituent parts pay Visionist for digital, IT and related project and programme work as part of the UKRI Transition Programme in the financial year 2017-18?
How much is UKRI and its constituent parts expected / estimated to pay Visionist for digital, IT and related project and programme work on the UKRI Transition Programme in the financial year 2018 -19?
How did the UKRI Transition Programme first come across Visionist in other words how was Visionist introduced to the UKRI Transition Programme?
Was any of the work that Visionist has carried out or is currently carrying out awarded directly or was it awarded through a tender process?
Was UK SBS as the Shared Service Provider for UKRI asked to bid or carry out the work that Visionist was commissioned to do?

Yours faithfully,

Steve Wiltshire
