I note that Anthony Kirkwood is named as Team Leader - Vision Zero for
Oxfordshire County Council.

Please will you provide me with the organisation structure of the Vision
Zero Team and further please provide me with an organisation chart which
shows the place of the Vision Zero team in the chain of command from the
CEO downwards showing each level, position and name.
