Dear UK Border Agency,

On your web site, you have links to information about "visa processing times", for example http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/countr... but there is typically no information actually provided.

Would you please be able to send me a file containing the statistical information for all your offices that issue visas, and for all categories of visa. Ideally please send a CSV file or an Excel spreadsheet as it will reduce the amount of retyping and probably save you time also.

Alternatively if this information is already available on the web could you please point me to it.

My preference is for this information to cover one year, though monthly data is also an option.

I can work with different forms of the data, so if there is a question, please just ask.
