Freedomofinformation, James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Dear Claire,

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our resources at times were diverted from the usual compliance and information rights work to the effective long term management of the virus and supporting the vaccination programme, in line with the Government’s request.

As a result of this a small number of requests have not been actioned within the correct timeframe. Our records show that one of these requests came from you and was received by us on 04.11.2020. We would like to apologise for not responding to your request in a timely manner
.
If you still wish to receive the information you requested, please let us know. If we don’t hear from you within three weeks, we will assume you no longer require the information and will close your request accordingly.

Many thanks
