Dear Sir or Madam,

Please provide minutes of meetings, copies of letters, notes of telephone calls and records of any other communication between Virgin Media and the Home Office, or Home Office sponsored "regulators", regarding what would appear to be a Phorm style illegal interception of communications.

Please note that "replies" which involve attachments in proprietary file formats are not acceptable. A reply which is not in plain text format will be deemed to be a refusal to answer. If some information is not easily put into plain text form please contact me to discuss an acceptable format.

Dear Mr Hansen,

Thank you for your e-mail of 26 November 2009 requesting information in relation to all communications between Virgin Media and the Home Office or Home Office sponsored “regulators” regarding what would be a Phorm style illegal interception of communications.

In relation to this request you asked to be provided with minutes of the meeting, copies of letters, notes of telephone calls and records of any other communication.

After a thorough search, I regret to inform you that the Home Office does not hold the information that you have requested. If you are dissatisfied with this response you may request an independent internal review of our handling of your request by submitting your complaint within two months to the below address quoting reference: 13504
