I would like to know the total number of complaints received by the ukgc in regards to viral interactive. The number of complaints received for fansbet. The number of complaint regarding withdrawals. The number of complaints were they have not honoured subject access request.

The action the gambling commission has taken . How many complaints before ukgc does anything.

Thank you for your request which has been processed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

In your email you have asked a variety of questions in relations to complaints received regarding viral interactive, these question have been broken down as follows:

1.The total number of complaints received by the ukgc in regards to viral interactive.
2.The number of complaints received for fansbet.
3.The number of complaint regarding withdrawals.
4.The action the gambling commission has taken .
5.How many complaints before ukgc does anything.
6.The number of complaints were they have not honoured subject access request.

In relation to question 1-5 of your request, the Commission does not comment on matters relating to individual operators unless there is significant public concern to do so. Complaints raised against operators are used by the Commission to inform our regulatory approach and determine whether any regulatory action may be necessary. The Commission is of the view that we are unable to confirm or deny any information in relation to individual operators, other than what is made publicly available. Therefore, the information you have requested is exempt from disclosure under section 31 FOIA. The reasons relating to this decision is further explained in the attached document.

Finally regarding question 6 of your request, dealing with the handling of subject access requests (SARs) falls under the remit of the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). Therefore I can confirm that we do not hold any information in relation to the number of SARs which have not been honoured by viral interactive.
