Dear West Yorkshire Police,

The original video clip of this vile asssult by one of your thugs has now gone viral on all social media platforms and rightfully so..

We believe there has been a cover up by West Yorkshire Police (nothing new there then) to hide his identity.

Under the FOI Act Would you please reveal the collar number and name of this cowardly West Yorkshire Police Officer as we would like to add these details to the video clip to allow women to protect themselves by avoiding all future contact with this woman beater and also to pass his details to the injured womans family and friends and to allow us to add his details to various anti violence towards women websites.

Yours faithfully,

Kirsty Eccles

Dear Freedom of Information,
You stated: "West Yorkshire Police can confirm that a complaint about the incident was received and resolved with management action."

Bearing in mind that if this incident had occurred in any other place of work the person would've been instantly dismissed for gross misconduct, reported to the police, charged and prosecuted.

Therefore, please inform me of what "management action" was taken.

Yours sincerely,

Kirsty Eccles

Dear Freedom of Information,

"A refresher in relation to powers around use of force and how to deal with similar situations was
conducted by management. "

ARE YOU SERIOUS? THIS WAS AN ASSAULT BY AN OFFICER ON A YOUNG GIRL.
IF THIS HAD OCCURED AT ANY OTHER PLACE OF WORK THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE WOULD OF BEEN DISMISSED FOR GROSS MISCONDUCT.

ITS OBVIOUS THAT WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE CONDONE THE ATTACKING OF YOUNG WOMEN BY YOUR OFFICERS AND THAT THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW.

YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO HUMANITY.

Yours sincerely,

Kirsty Eccles

Kirsty Eccles (Account suspended)

Dear Freedom of Information,

As it is widely recognised that your record and failings towards the public is appauling, and it it quite obvious in this case that your officer is above the law and that you protected his job, therefore I now intend to forward full details of this foi request and your response to every newspaper editor and tv and radio station in the UK.

West Yorkshire Police are not fit for purpose.

Yours sincerely,

Kirsty Eccles
