They cannot withhold this information because they have no written policies on filming in jobcentres and on what they call DWP property as by definition of a High Court judge it is paid for wholly by the public it is public property. As a Government Ministerial department the DWP are publicly owned and as we are also governed by consent we tell the Government what to do and not the other way round, this is why such staff rely totally on their well rehearsed rhetoric which is basic deception designed to force any kind of control over the public the same public who are their bosses.
They constantly claim THEIR POLICIES and their policies only apply to their employees as only they have signed a contract of employment agreeing to these policies and the public have signed no such contract and a company policy cannot override the law of the land as they constantly try to claim. Common Law is an absolute and be definition and a maxim of law, we are all equal before the law.

They cannot stop you from filming in any public area as be lawful definition they are public buildings and acceesible to the public during opening hours and they all have a reception area. In a lawful precedent a High Court Judge deemed anything paid for wholly or predominantly by the public is by definition a public area and publicly accessible.
Law also clearly states you can film anything you can see from a public area.
This means under GDPR 2018 which only applies to companies and NOT individuals it is the responsibility of the DWP and their employees to protect and secure private and personal information. We have all seen computer teminals openly displaying peoples private and personal data and their computers turned facing a wall and the wqll has a window in it facing a public street where any passer by can see this information.
If security of their staff is such an issue what threat does filming them pose, particularly as they are equipped with cameras and film anyone entering the public building without anyones express consent, basically the public have to abide by their POLICIES which by definition are their policies and apply to their staff and are NOT LAWS and have no bearing on the public who owns the building.
