Dear Greater London Authority,
On 4th July 2012, Southwark Council sent the Greater London Authority (GLA) a copy of the planning application for the Heygate estate - LA ref: 12/AP/1092, GLA ref: PDU2149DW04.
The documents included a financial viability appraisal, which the GLA has since independently reviewed. Please send me a copy of both the financial viability appraisal and the GLA's independent review of the appraisal.
