tomcullen made this Freedom of Information request to Hertfordshire County Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Waiting for an internal review by Hertfordshire County Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Hertfordshire County Council,
In Dec 2013 you deemed a request for information from me as vexatious and I agreed with you I had no experience of how to go about requesting information correctly and did not go about this in the right manner

Now I would like to make the following request once again and would hope that as its over 12 months since you declared it vexatious that you will consider this is a genuine request and if not please let me know the period of time that has to elapse before you will accept the same request again as not been vexatious

My request is for" All the information that you hold on audit m4110/12/003"

Yours faithfully,

tomcullen

Dear Herts Direct,
By law you should have replied by the 26 Feb
PLease let me know if you intend to reply as I have received a letter from one of your solicitors but when I contacted him and discussed the FOI requests that I had made he was not aware that I had any outstanding requests again like your Head of Legal Ms Petitt he was not sure if he had read my independent report I believe that you are trying to conceal that public funds have been misappropriated by your audit staff and that you are sending me letters in the post as you do not want the public to see your replies Please reply via this web site

Yours sincerely,

Dear Information Governance,
Madam
I have just one issue with you printing the entire letter that you sent to me dated the 17.2.2015 and not as you indicated dated the 12.2.2015

That is you will then allow me to send my independent report through the same medium along with the relevant pages of the fraudulent audit so that all can see and make a decision as to which is correct your audit that cost the residents of Hertsmere BC £4335.00 and which if my report is correct Herts CC should return the money to its rightful owners

As you are aware when I asked you three times over the phone if you have read my independent report you refused to say what you said is that you have seen it

You also refused me access to the file on this audit if I had a journalist with me

You are also aware that your Head of Legal ,contrary to the constitution ,is not allowing me to ask a question about this audit at full council and now informs me that she does not know if she has read this report [selective amnesia comes to mind ]
You are also aware that the following have received the report and according to your FOI replies have not asked questions of your audit section if the report is true or not thereby condoning fraud and misappropriation of public funds

Leader of the Council
Leader of the Liberal Opposition
Cllr Quilty who informed me that he would sue me for libel if the above libels him then he must sue or else resign hes position as the public representative for Bushey I know if I was a councillor and some one accused me of condoning misappropriation of public funds and it was not true then I would sue for libel but if it is true as by hes refusal to ask a simple question of your audit section like which is the truth the independent report or our audit would resolve this question once and for all
CEO of Hertfordshire
Head of Audit Herts CC
The three scallywags who carried out this fraudulent audit and who spent over seventy hrs trying to create an audit that was conceived to deceive me and then prior to leaving the manager in the audit section destroyed all the correspondence that I had sent to him regarding this audit Why ??????

The thee auditors involved are
Mr Ba.
Mr Br.
Mr Wo.
I have no problem naming them as I understand it two are still employed by Herts CC but you may claim that my requests is vexatious so I have to be careful

In a previous answer to an FOI request you informed me that you held no information that would prove if this audit was correct or incorrect This is incorrect you have an independent report from me which proves that this audit is incorrect and you got paid by Hertsmere BC for an incorrect audit and both councils were aware that this was just wasting taxpayers money
Who really cares when we are reducing our subsidies to bus companies and we can always put up council taxes and waste time trying to conceal fraud

My issue with this council is very simple to resolve

You sent me an audit .I sent you an independent report which informs us that the information in this audit is incorrect [I believe intentionally ]

All I require from you is which is correct the information in the audit or my independent report

Only one is correct which one .???

Here is my word of honour I will personally give £5000.
00 to any charity of your choice if my independent report is wrong and I can assure you that Cllr Quilty will not sue me for libel as he is also aware that what you sent to my home and which the CEO of Hertsmere assured me was a full professional audit was nothing but a load of lies and three employees of Herts audit section spent over seventy hrs trying to create an audit that is just untrue

lets stop wasting any more public money and just answer the above question and please get your solicitors to learn their briefs before writing to me .

If the auditors in a company are sending out intentionally incorrect information and if the management within that company are aware that the information is incorrect and fail to act then what else maybe going on that we are not aware of????

Your management team could have resolved this issue long ago but no instead they try to conceal fraud and misappropriation of public money and by their reluctance to act have cost the taxpayers further expense

Is it not the simplest of questions to answers is my report correct or incorrect no ifs no buts just is it correct or not

Yours sincerely,

tomcullen
