Velolife cafe - complaints in past 2 years
Dear Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead,
I require details of all the complaints you have received in relation to cycling groups using this venue. I appreciate that names and addresses of complainants is personal information and I do not need these to be provided.
The information I want is as follows:
1 ) for the past 2 years, since 1 Aug 2017
2 ) the number of people (not complaints) making complaints about cycling groups at the cafe
3) a copy of each complaint , excluding names and addresses
4) details of any representations made by elected members of your council
5) responses from any consultations on this matter with external agencies, such as police, fire services, roads authority, cycling organisations.

I require details of all the complaints you have received in relation to
cycling groups using this venue (Velolife Cafe).
1 ) for the past 2 years, since 1 Aug 2017
2 complaints received. 1 directed to planning enforcement, the other to
environmental protection.
2 ) the number of people (not complaints) making complaints about cycling
groups at the café
Information withheld, exemption S40’personal information’ engaged. The
number is so small that it would be likely any complainants identity to be
known.
3) a copy of each complaint , excluding names and addresses

No representations were made in regard to the complaints
