Dear Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner, I am requesting a disclosure of figures that relate to fines or prosecutions for non payment of car tax or car insurance together with any figures that inform the public of vehicles that do not have valid MOT certificates , in the last 5 years.
As the police , in Hampshire, inform the public that they do not deal with any enforcement of vehicle tax, insurance or MOT certificatation through the public reporting could they please provide figures for how many reportings, fines or other actions are attributed to the use of ANPR cameras , as this allegedly is the only method the police use to enforce the law of the land on these three lawful requirements .
