Dear Contact (WYPCC),
This to acknowledge receipt of your reply and reference to West Yorkshire Police and to close this request who gave me enough information to challenge my insurance company via the financial ombudsman. Unfortunately the Insurance company have their own information which they believe in more so than that from the police and seem to use it it in whatever way they want, unfairly in my opinion.
