relevant leasing companies for excess mileage, undue wear and tear, bodywork damage etc over and above the agreed leasing contract for all vehicles returned off lease during the year of 2011

I require this to be defined into the following categories:

1: Emergency Ambulance by manufacturer & Trust Locality
2: PTS Ambulance by manufacturer & Trust Locality
3: Emergency response car/4x4 by manufacturer & Trust locality
4: Managerial cars equipped/non equipped for blue light response by manufacturer & Trust locality
5: Total amount paid to individual leasing companies broken down by Trust locality.

Unfortunately the Trust has failed to interpret my request correctly, I quite clearly asked for :

Please provide details of cost's incurred by this Trust from the relevant leasing companies for excess mileage, undue wear and tear, bodywork damage etc over and above the agreed leasing contract for all vehicles returned off lease during the year of 2011.

From the information provide it appears to be lease charges for all current vehicles with the Trust, not those returned to the leasing companies.

I would, therefore, be grateful for the correct information to be supplied forthwith.
