Dear Gill, Sarah,

I hoped to have had a reply, from the council by now.

We have a heavy truck testimonial saving 35% MPG, on our web site, plus fleet of 1,600 vehicles were also tested.

Because the product is registered with the EPA, who insist that a Tier One assessment is carried out on any product they register, you can be assured of the validity of the product.

The savings are 100% guaranteed & if your fuel cost's you less, & your emissions satisfy the emissions decreasing, as per EU laws, then, you can Save a lot of money for the council tax payers of Horsham, & spend on something else of benefit to the community.

Yours sincerely,

Chris A. .Sawyer

Dear Horsham District Council,
F.A.O. Ray Lee,Cllr L.Crosbie & Cllr C. Costin

The product I am offering,Enviro-tabs,is NOT the same one, that Mr. Neal researched, MPG from FFI, via P.A.T.N., though it is the same technology, albeit, a combustion chamber Catalyst, derived from Sir Geoffrey Wilkinson's 1973 Nobel prize for Chemistry.

GFG has been Re-Formulated from FFI's MPG/Boost product, to better dissolve, which is the problem the other product had, unless you crushed it, which is HOW we suggested it should be, plus the liquid boost, plus other added benefits.

We found, if you Crushed that product, there wasn't a problem, but, maybe people on P.A.T.N. were not aware of that, & so, a negative response.

A patient was APPROVED, early in 2011, for the Re-Formulation, for the next 17 years, & I have an audio CD from the chemist, who did the re-formulation, into Greenfoot Globals Enviro-tabs, which I can leave at Park House, for you to evaluate.

Mr. Lee sent me a letter,25th of March, 2011.
" ..I would be interested if you could inform me of some local companies or other Local Authorities near Horsham that use your product. We would then be able to arrange meetings to be able to discuss the use of your product, in their fuels."

I have a testimonial as of Monday afternoon, from a County Council in Wales, who have used the catalyst, which an associate has been trialling with them, under a different name, which I will post to Mr. Lee.

Regarding Warranty,Congress, in USA, By Law, any EPA registered product, ( which both MPG & GFG,) are, cannot void any warranties, or harm any vehicles.

Thats why, EPA insist upon tier one testing, costing $25,000.

They do not endorse, or recommend, but they do say, if its registered by them, then it is save to use, & wont damage anything.

In any such case, GFG have a $1MILLION insurance policy. Its there, never been asked for, to date, in two years!

FFI has same policy, again, no one has claimed, to date, in five years

Yours faithfully,

Chris A. .Sawyer
