I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of
Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

Hertfordshire County Council & TPPL Vehicle Contract Hire Framework —
HCC1608933.

The details we require are: -

·        Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract
and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

·        Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub
lots)

·        Start date & duration of framework

·        Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and,
if so, the duration of the extension?

·        Has a decision been made yet on whether the
framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

·        Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible
for this contract?

Our Response

Your request for information has been considered under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 I can confirm that Hertfordshire County Council does
hold the information you have requested, and can respond as follows: -

·        Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract
and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

The successful suppliers are listed in the OJEU Award Notice for Contract
– HCC1608933 (attached).  

The tender was let as an Open Tender Procedure, hence a PQQ stage was not
applicable to this tender opportunity.

The unsuccessful suppliers were: -

o Citroen Contract Motoring
o Dawson Rental vans
o Dawson Group PLC
o JCT 600 Contracts Limited
o Pendragon Vehicle Management
o TC Harrison 1960 Ltd t/a TCH Leasing

·        Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub
lots)

The OJEU Award Notice for Contract – HCC1608933 (attached) contains the
contract/lot values.

·        Start date & duration of framework

Start Date: 01/09/2016, Duration of Contract: 48 months

·        Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and,
if so, the duration of the extension?

No extension option

·        Has a decision been made yet on whether the
framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

Yes, the contract has been renewed

·        Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible
for this contract?
