Request for information: List of motor vehicles owned or leased to the
council.

Please find attached the list of fleet vehicles (owned by the authority)
and lease vehicles. Registration numbers have been removed. Because of
the sensitive nature of the work carried out by some of those staff who
use lease vehicles or fleet vehicles, and because this information (for
vehicles leased by staff) is also personal data, we are withholding this
information under the provisions of S40 (personal data) and S38(1)(b)
(health and safety) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. A copy of
the exemptions is attached. There is no identifiable public interest in
publishing the registration numbers of lease or fleet vehicles.

If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled, you may
ask for an internal review. You should contact David Lowe, Scrutiny &
