responsibility of the local District and Borough Councils, therefore for
items such as Refuse trucks, ground maintenance and other fleet vehicles

All of the servicing and parts supply for HCC Fleet is procured through
Venson Herts Ltd who also supply the Council's workshop facilities. HCC
have a 10 plus 5 year contract with Venson Herts Limited.
