Vehicle Fleet Information

Dear Adur District Council,

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1 .A list of vehicles owned or leased to the council. Please include; registration mark, fleet number (if used), make & model and body type.
2 .Of the vehicles leased, a list of the companies from which the vehicles are leased.
3 .Name, position and email address of the staff responsible for these vehicles.
4 .If your refuse collection is outsourced please provide the name of the company responsible and list of the vehicles used for this purpose including vehicle registration mark, fleet number (if used), make & model and body type.

These are all on contract hire and the companies are as in question 1.

 

3 Name, position and email address of the staff responsible for these
vehicles.

4 If your refuse collection is outsourced please provide
the name of the company responsible and list of the
vehicles used for this purpose including vehicle

The Councils refuse service is not outsourced.

Dear Michaela Sauerteig,

Thank you for the information.

To clarify question 1, I am looking for a full list of vehicles owned by the council or leased to the council. The list should detail registration mark, fleet number (if used), make & model and body type. This list should include all vehicles used by the council or on behalf of the council including refuse collection vehicles, buses, vans etc.

Unfortunately the image attached does not contain this information. Can this information please be provided?
