Dear Police Scotland,
Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 I am requesting that the following information and documentation be provided;
1, Total Fleet Establishment on 1st April 2013 by NAPFM categories
2, Total number of new/secondhand vehicles registered to Police Scotland during 2013-14 financial year - By NAPFM Category
3, Total number of vehicles disposed during 2013-14 financial year by NAPFM Category - excluding items identified at (4) below
4, Total number of vehicles classed as written off/total loss and disposed during 2013-14 financial year By NAPFM category
5, Total fleet establishment on 31st March 2014 - By NAPFM category
6, Total capital expenditure on new/secondhand fleet assets during 2013 - 14 financial year. - By NAPFM Category
7, Total expenditure on vehicle conversion costs incurred during 2013- 14 separated into revenue and capital expenditure - By NAPFM category.

Dear FOI,
Thank you for your response, however can i ask that you reconsider your decision to not provide the information relating to the NAPFM categories. I do not believe that this will impact operationally on the police service or assist criminal activity, it relates to the number and not deployed location of a particular vehicle role in the widest terms.
