Dear Wandsworth Borough Council,

Please provide the following information in machine readable format (ideally csv):

1. Details of the council's vehicle fleet, each item should represent a vehicle and detail:
- vehicle type (either generic type or marque and model)
- year of acquisition
- owned or leased, if leased, from whom
- lease expiry if appropriate
- engine type (e.g. petrol, diesel, electric, LPG)
- engine size

2. Details of Wandsworth liveried vehicles used by contractors exclusively in the delivery of Wandsworth Council contracts, each item should represent a vehicle and detail:
- contract (purpose and start year)
- vehicle type (either generic type or marque and model)
- original year of acquisition (if transferred at the start of the contract)
- owned or leased, if leased, from whom
- lease expiry if appropriate
- engine type (e.g. petrol, diesel, electric, LPG)
- engine size

Please also provide wording of standard contract terms the council includes in contracts relating to engine types and size, details of when these were introduced and any contracts that have been let in the past five years that have excluded these terms.

We do not have details for any contractor vehicles that represent
Wandsworth.

Many thanks. However the answer is incomplete:

1. the spreadsheet does not contain the year of acquisition or the engine size (although I suppose that could be approximated from other data on the spreadsheet).

2. no answer has been provided for the other part of the question: "Please also provide wording of standard contract terms the council includes in contracts relating to engine types and size, details of when these were introduced and any contracts that have been let in the past five years that have excluded these terms." If the council does not place any requirements on contractors regarding vehicle and engines types please indicate this is the cases
