Dear Highways England,

Reference number 22149148

Thank for you response. However, I am extremely disappointed that you have not been able to deal with my request as yet. My initial inquiry was on the 17th November 2021 and a response was only received after having to chase this on the 17th December 2021. We are now approaching 60 days since my initial request and I have not received the information, I would hope that you would agree that this is unacceptable?

If you could please send the information requested by immediate return, I would be most grateful.

Yours sincerely,

Phil Peer
