Dear Satnam

Thank you for your email to the Highways England Customer Contact Centre
dated 20 February regarding requesting the variable speed limit on the
M25.

Your enquiry has been given the reference number of 19004542, please quote
this in any future correspondence regarding this issue.

Could you please confirm the time of the speed limit? You mention 18:57AM,
could you confirm if you mean 06:57 or 18:57? I have also checked the
marker post you’ve given and this does not appear to show which junctions
this is between, could you please confirm this? You mention Epping on the
Anti-clockwise carriageway, do you mean junction 28-27 or 27-26?

If you’re able to confirm this information we can then respond to your
enquiry.

Thank you once again for contacting Highways England and I hope that this
helps with your enquiry. If you've any further questions regarding this or

speedenforcementSE, Highways England Company Limited

Dear Mr Kalsi

Thank you for your enquiry to the CCC which has been forwarded to me for a
response.

For the date, time and location you have provided I cannot see a variable
reduced speed limit in place on our operational logs.

If the date, time and location of travel is not correct in the subject
title of this email, please come back to us and we can clarify.

Please note that Highways England is not an Enforcement Authority. Our
records are kept for operational purposes, not speed enforcement and
should be considered for information only, in response to your enquiry, as
the speed limit applicable to any speeding offences can only be confirmed
from the information held by Police.

Regards
