Vandalization of Personal Belongings 10

Currently waiting for a response from Highland NHS Board, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear NHS Highland,

Surprisingly, your organization is now offering to contact Police Scotland on my behalf regarding the latest incident that occurred within your premises. Premises that are only accessible by your organization.

(I do not remember your organization making similar offers in the previous 'Vandalization of Personal Belongings' incidents. Likewise, I do not remember your organization providing me with the outcome of the investigations of the previous 'Vandalization of Personal Belongings' incidents.)

1. Could you please provide copies of the outcome of the investigations of the previous incidents of when my personal belongings were vandalized and smeared with faeces? (Faeces should contain DNA. It should not have been difficult to trace the owner.)

Your organization is apparently refusing to pay this time.

Before proceeding with this matter to a more formal venue, could you please provide:

2. Copies of the policies and procedures, insurances, legal liabilities or any other system that your organization has in place when events like 'Vandalization of Personal Belongings' occur within your premises, in areas only accessible by your organization? (I would like to emphasize the "within your premises, in areas only accessible by your organization".)

3. Copies of the outcome of investigations and, if possible, copies of litigations and compensations of events similar to the 'Vandalization of Personal Belongings' that your organization had dealt with in the past 10 years?

Yours faithfully,

S Sabato

P.S. 'Vandalization of Personal Belongings 10' does not supersede 'Vandalization of Personal Belongings 9'
