Vandalization of Personal Belongings 9
Dear NHS Highland,
1. Could you please provide copies of the policies and procedures, forms, etc., needed to request the reimbursement of the cost of replacement of vandalized personal belongings? (Under the legislation of your country, vandalism appears to be a crime. A crime that keeps occurring within your premises and in areas where only your organization has access to.)
2. Could you please provide copies of the policies and procedures that your organization is supposed to follow in the investigation of similar events (for example, the retention, or destruction, of CCTV footages needed for the investigation)? (I still do not know if your mate has been promoted.)
Please let me know if also on this occasion your people in your legal office prefers to go through your Scottish judicial system to deal with these matters.
Yours faithfully,
S Sabato

Dear NHS Highland,
We will find out if your organization is not liable.
I am looking forward to reading the outcome of the investigation of this event, of the previous events requested in my 'Vandalization of Personal Belongings 10', and of the person that investigated them.
Yours sincerely,
S Sabato
