In respect of the above questions we are omitting information specific to each department under Section 40(2) & Section 40(3)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. These apply because:

• the information you have request is either personal data of an individual or is personal data of an individual that when combined with other data they may be accessible to you or in the public domain, would lead to the identification of that individual. This is particularly relevant where there is a small number e.g. one or two in a particular age range. It is the Council’s view that disclosure of this particular range of information would be likely to be a breach of the Principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 (principles 1 and 2).
