Valuation Roll & Council Tax Valuation List
Dear Assessor for Lothian Valuation Joint Board,
Please provide a computer readable copy of all of the following that you maintain:
1. Valuation Rolls for non-domestic properties
2. Council Tax Valuation Lists
These should be provided in simple, open format such as Comma Separated Values (CSV).
Please provide all the data you have about each property except for personal information.
Note: I am requesting a list, not access to a search facility.

In particular requests for information in an electronic format should be made to: Portal Data Custodian at the Office of the Grampian Assessor, Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen AB16 5GE or by email to [email address] . You should note that a charge may be made for the information you seek.
Should you be dissatisfied with the information provided, or in the way that your request has been dealt with, you are entitled to request a review of decision. Please note that in order for a review to take place, you must:
• lodge a written “requirement for review” within 40 working days of the date of this notice.
• include your address for correspondence, a description of the original request and the reasons why you are dissatisfied.
• address your review request to the Assessor & Electoral Registration Officer at the following address by post or email:

The review will be handled by staff who were not involved in the original decision and you will receive notice of the result of your review within 20 working days.
