We're waiting for Tracy Morris to read a recent response and update the status.

I would like to make a Freedom of Information request. My request is from April 2006 until the present day/most recent figures.

1. Do you use mesh implants to treat incontinence or prolapse?

2. Do you use a vaginal tape to treat incontinence?

3. Do you use mesh to repair a prolapse?

4. How many of these procedures have you performed since 2006 - M53.3 = Introduction of a tension free vaginal tape.

5. How many of these procedures have you performed since April 2006. M53.4 Total removal of a tension free vaginal tape

6. How many of these procedures have you performed since April 2006 M53.5 = Partial removal of a tension free removal tape

7. How many of these procedures have you performed since April 2006 M53.6 = Introduction of a transobturator tape

8 How many of these procedures have you performed since April 2006 M53.7 = removal of transobturator tape.

9. How many of these procedures have you performed since April 2006 P23.6,

10. How many of these procedures have you performed since April 2006 P23.7 = Repair of prolapse using mesh reinforcement
