Under the Freedom of Information act, could you provide me with the total number of vaccinations issued for the following vaccines from the time of first use to current date:

Anthrax Vaccine
Inactivated influenza vaccine
Hepatitis A Vaccine
Menjugate
Pediacel vaccine
Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine
Rabies Vaccine
Typhoid Vaccine (VIVOTIF)

Where there are multiple brands per vaccine, could you provide the totals for each brand. Likewise, if the vaccine required multiple vaccinations per person, could you provide totals for 1st, 2nd...etc:

If this is not clear, or the cost of the request will exceed the appropriate limit, please advise and I will refine the request.
